En su 10mo aniversario, Hi-Tech Products muestra crecimiento exponencial

THOMSON Linear Motion Optimized, a metal mechanic plant, held a ceremony to honor associates years of service, commitment, loyalty and dedication. Ceremony was for 140 employees who have been a fundamental link to Company’s successful journey.

 

Human Resources organized event with the assistance and collaboration of other Company departments. HR Manager Leticia Montoya praised the hard work and dedication of each of the award recipients, “You have accompanied company in important times of adaptation, without your contribution we would not be here. I am proud to be a part of a great work team and see all grow and reach your goals and dreams; thank you to your families and above all, thank you for being part of Thomson family” she said. 

 

Mr. Ruben Gonzalez, Senior Operations Manager also had the opportunity to speak. He pointed out employee loyalty is a fundamental value to company’s growth. “It is important for us to recognize your road traveled of continued improvement. We want to be leaders in the region and for you to stay with us. Our commitment is with you” he stated.

 

Plant Manager Fernando Reales also thanked employees, while he spoke he identified some of them and shared stories of their time at Thomson; “your everyday support and hard work has escalated and positioned Thomson in an important spot regionally, for that and many other reasons you the most important asset of our company”.

 

In addition, plant manager took advantage of the occasion to point out, that with 20 years in the region, a year ago they became part of Fortive Corporation. Due to the latter, potential restructure projects are being evaluated and could mean growth within Thomson or some of the FORTIVE companies. Thomson Tijuana has 360 employees and a constant growth of 6 % annually. They manufacture automated equipment, linear movement equipment, industrial bearings, high precision bars and linear movement systems. Their Tijuana plant is Thomson Corporate’s second largest plant.
