Mexicali BC.- In collaboration with the Tools and Industrial Safety Honeywell team and the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare (STPS), the industrial sector was informed about the launch of the NOM 033-STPS confined space in order to comply with the mexican regulation.

 

The event was attended by people from industry companies such as Kenworth, Timsa, Gulfstream and Zahori, the Deputy Director of Certification of the Federal Labour Delegation in Baja California reported on regulations and safety conditions required by the STPS considering confined spaces are areas of greatest risk to work and should be considered, so that they have the proper equipment and training of workers.

 

Horacio Ramirez, Specialist breathing and gas detection equipment in Honeywell said it is pleased that companies and people care for each other and emphasized that the Tools and Industrial Safety tema sought have all the information regarding the standard in which Honeywell was directly involved in its structure to provide better service to their customers.

 

He noted that through these events, is disclosed in specialized industrial areas and Safety requirements necessary to comply with this rule in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor.
