Tijuana B.C.- Given their commitment and cultural recognition, Plantronics Mexico, better known as Plamex, they were praised as the best place to work in Mexico, Northwest region, within the annual ranking conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW).

 

Selected for developing practices that foster a favorable working environment and thus excellent production quality. The Vice President of Manufacturing of Plantronics, Jorge Ruvalcaba, shared that this award is for its members, who do their work with effort and dedication, seeking continuous improvement.

 

It also ensures that such distinctions reinforce the commitment that companies have with its partners to provide better working environments in order to stay competitive in a market in constant evolution.

 

It notes that the states that comprise the northwest region and participated in the Ranking are Baja California Norte, Baja California Sur, Chihuahua, Durango, Sinaloa and Sonora.

 

Between relevant aspects of this ranking the 35 companies that qualified give employment to over 35,000 people and 9% of them belong to the manufacturing industry that stands out.
